Return Rights and Exceptions

If the equipment you receive does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, or if it has significant undisclosed defects, you have the right to request a return. So we can review your case as quickly as possible, please reach out to us within 30 business days from the delivery date. In situations where the equipment arrives in a condition that falls short of the quality standards we advertise, each case will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a comparable piece of equipment, based on availability.

Refunds

If your return is approved following our technical inspection, a refund of the purchase price will be issued — excluding shipping fees and any other related logistics or handling costs. Refunds are generally processed within 30 business days after the returned equipment has been received and properly inspected by our team.

Return Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is the result of a confirmed defect or a clear discrepancy from the original product description, Clark Farms will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

To start a return request, please follow these steps: Get in touch with our team by phone or email to let us know about the issue. Share complete and accurate details, including a clear description of the problem along with photos or video evidence whenever possible, to help us evaluate the situation properly. Once your return request has been approved, the equipment must be sent back within 30 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received — without modifications, signs of use, or additional damage.
